So onwards we go with the 2nd half of our recent Japan journey. By the way, all the pictures are now uploaded to the album.
First off, a stop at the Pivot P-Dog store in Okayama, where the owner did indeed post up the picture of Ribsy we left there a year ago. Ribsy's pic is in the lower right hand side.

Slightly overwhelmed, and slightly tired by the traditional onsen experience we had at 6am in Matsuyama at the Dogo Onsen, the oldest hot springs resort in Japan. Our 1200 yen admission included use of the social lounge where we were treated to green tea and rice crackers, plus a tour of the emperor's-only bathing area.

Then onto true sexiness. In the name of bountiful fertility, Girl is pleased to present you with photographs of the wooden penis in front of the sex museum at Uwajima.
By the way if anyone knows what this sweet-smelling orange-flowered tree is, please let Boy know. He is craving to grow this in the backyard.

The next day we were onto Nara and its park full of deer, which are considered the messengers of the gods. They were certainly persistent in delivering their messages.

A couple of friends.

Then one final visit to the onsen, Amagisou Onsen in Kawazu, Shizuoka prefecture, located by a roaring waterfall. With more than 20 different baths, and most of them co-ed, Boy and Girl made good use with the bathing attire they had packed in case their vacation travels had taken them to Hawaii or Morocco. The resort even featured hot springs in the cave, and Girl managed to take one shot of Boy before risking the camera to a watery death.

And for those who enjoy bathing alone, the facility also had a set of five pots, where you can plant your entire self down without fearing of rubbing into someone else's toe.
Finally, back in Tokyo. Goodbye Shibuya - this is an 'illegal' picture taken from the Starbuck's, the choicest spot for watching the throngs of people crossing at this most famous intersection.

Final stops were made to Akihabara, the city's electronics district, where Boy immersed himself in the three-screen ecstasy known as Flight Simulator, and to Harajuku, a packed promenade of shops and freaks on parade.
A great trip and a fabulous time. The entire photo album is available here.
